Chef Carlos Moreira is one of the most representative chef of the Peruvian Cuisine in the San Francisco bay Area.

He is located in  the North Bay Area and based in the traditional and rich peruvian cuisine, he had create a new delicious and innovative style that  he named "Contemporary Peruvian Cuisine".

He is a Cordon Blue graduate and he have worked for several Fine Dining restaurants in San Francisco.
